"We all" is a relative term
It's not like this is the end of the Haley vs Ben talk. Just wait until something goes south with a gameplan, or the perhaps the offense struggles early; Ben is sure to say something that will get everyone in an uproar.

pretty neat article
However much you think you know about football, rest assured that Skip Bayless knows more!
I swear if Haley makes us a run first team again I'm going to flip my lid........
Change is never easy. Of course Ben was comfortable with Arians (BA). Arians was like the indulgent parent who fails to introduce his child to discipline. The Steeler offense under Ben/Arians was inconsistent, and never rose to the ranks of the top-scoring NFL offenses. BA had 5 years to try and establish a smooth-functioning offense that scored consistently; he failed.
Haley wants to install a system that consistently produces points, one that equals the defensive squad in excellence.
There will be some bumps along the road. But in the long run, if the offense can produce points more consistently, the change will be worth it. If Ben can't change, that will be a problem. Fans are tired of the spurt & sputter offense of recent years.
