    Santa Fe Casserole

    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1 pkg. of Taco Seasoning
    2 cups of chicken broth
    1/4 cup flour
    1 container french onion dip
    1 jar salsa
1 bag of Doritos ( I usually add a little more than a bag)
    2 cups of shredded cheese
    jalapeno slices (optional)

    Preheat oven to 375
Brown meat, drain fat. Add taco seasoning, stir. Add chicken broth and flour - bring to boil.
Add salsa and dip. Continue to stir to blend well.

Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish. Place 1/2 of chips, 1/2 of meat mixture, 1/2 of cheese, etc. creating layer after layer until ending with cheese on top. Place jalapeno slices on top if you choose, bake for 20 minutes...ENJOY !
