Are the bengals the best team in the afc north?

I found an article here (http://nachmanyfootball.com/2012/04/...ture-afc-north) and it makes a pretty strong argument. Both we and the Ravens had a bad offseason, maybe they're right. Check out the article to see what he's saying.

Just not to long ago The Bengals were supposed to rule the division for years to come......2005....Of course Palmer's knee played a part in the Bengals demise but still the Bengals have one good year and then there supposed to be a juggernaut......I'm not sold on the Red Rifle....He is very Neil O'Donnell like to me....lol

I think The Bengals is doing a lot of good things right now, and I could see them becoming the team to beat within a few years if they can keep drafting properly.

They do seem to be getting better. Good solid draft picks. Their QB is pretty good. But...

They are still the bungles...

Somehow, one way or the other, they bungle things up in the end.
