Dallas Clark?

He was released today. He would be an interesting addition to the Steelers.

Are we gonna go thru this for every single guy that gets released?

The Steelers are not typically very active in the FA market and if they are, they are going to sign a guard, nose or ILB. Dallas Clark is a TE. TE is not a position of need.

This has been the case for a long time, but I feel a change in the wind. Art is interfering much more, and I would not be surprised if he also decided that the team should go after a FA if they had any sort of cap-room to do so. However, as long as we don't have any cap-room to work with whatsoever, it most likely won't happen. Also, why go after Dallas Clark? Sure, he is a great player, but we have so many glaring needs on this team and TE is not one of them.

We have 2 TE's for the first 4 games, Johnson and Miller TE is a position of need.

And, nobody mentioned Addai, Jacobs, Brackett, Painter or Manning, so I guess not everybody.
