not "that" kind of NT you take in the first...does everything well as a very traditional NT that can clog the middle and maybe get a push. He is a lot like terrence cody in his role but offers 10x the lateral agility and endurance through games. got stronger as the year went on which is an excellent quality in a NT.

Poe has all world potential, taamu could be a solid starter for years though but what you see is what you get, not much room for improvement with him.

Ta'amu has an incredible frame, elite strength and areal toughness to do the dirty work in the trenches. For a man his size he moves well in tight spaces and can redirect the pile in either direction as well as shed blocks and carry off a double team.Although he needs some work in his pass rushing skills scouts will be reminded of Haloti Ngata when they see him play. He is a bit overweight but his motor and stamina are above average. He typically plays everydown.Teams that run a 3-4 defense will give him loads of attention. He is asolid second round pick

Has more experience against a higher level of competition then Poe

ngata? no ****ing way. if he compares to anyone its a more athletic cody

poe will be much more like ngata in that he can move around a 34 line and play all the positions

against SC and Stanford he was awful...thats something to look at while looking at his "competition level" decastro stole his lunch money

I would say that Decastro is a special player Larry Allen special . Poe is very good but underdeveloped i think i would rather take hood and slide him over and tell him to gain 30 lbs.You are also correct about Ta'amu's talent being maxed out he won't get a whole lot better but he can play at a high level

    ngata was raw too

it wasnt just decastro it was stanford and USCs line that just handled him.

with poe i expect him to be an immediate impact player, not completely sold on him as a pure 34 nose but a special player nonetheless.

Id have branden albert and iupati higher than decastro....hes really shot up enough to be called overrated, larry allen might be a stretch.
