Yeah they are the Gotham City Rouges!! Haha, but thats Hines and Heinz Field, with some CGI of course. Ben, Troy, Casey, and others will also have small cameos as well I guess.
Also if you notice at the beginning, Pittsburgh Mayor Ravenstahl has a cameo! He's the kicker for the other team. He is in the blue and white uniform with his hand raised and his jersey says Ravenstahl. Pretty sweet.
