Embarrassed to be a Steelers fan

This is what happens after we lose a playoff game? You're "embarassed" to be a Steeler fan? Damn. I'd hate to see what would happen if we didn't make the playoffs at all.

I will NEVER be embarrased to be a STEELERS fan.Granted we lost a game we had no right losing but it does happen . Timmons has had a good season considering what he' been asked to do, he hasn't had the luxury of being given one position to play ,but has been versatile enough to play all 4 lb position and do it well...

A friend of mine works in the local landfill and when something like this happens he always finds some Steelers gear for me. Brand new stuff, Hoody, Big Blanket, Banner. If no one knows what a bandwagon fan is. Well, this pretty much explains it. The stuff I found is brand new. That was in 2010. I wear it proudly. My wife claimed the blanket (steelers logos in reverse both sides) for herself. Most fans down this way however, appear to be genuine hardcore though. I have to remember this is Red Skins country after all.

When Hampton and The Beard went down it looked like the whole defense just folded. Maybe mentally they just couldn't handle any more injuries in the worst year for injuries that I can remember.

Never be embarrassed for your team. Steelers ought to be feelin that way for their somewhat lack of performance. They had their chances. I had that 70% chance feeling that Broncos would knock us out. Maybe the Steelers time is done for championships. We'll see. However, I am hecka proud for what they accomplished this season. Time to enjoy the offseason and see what moves Steelers make.
