They need to stop paying too much for the old have been players. They have a nice new park now and should start spending some money on real talent.

Exactly! They can't afford to be like the Sox and Yankees. They need to spend wisely and they haven't done that for a long time.
At this point, give Wells away for a song and a dance, and play every young guy you got, look at Detroit. They lost 119 a couple years ago and are 30 games over .500 this year. If your going to lose like this at least get the kids in there and let them learn to play as a team. Let them mature. I think we will probably set the record for the most 1 run losses in a season this year.

I really feel new ownership is needed if they want to win. Someone like Mark Cuban would put a good deal of money into the team and I'm sure anybody could make better decsisions then we've seen over the last 10 years. It's just sad that some people (my self included) werent old enough to remember a winning season.
