At least our new coach will have a good schedule to begin with
Of course our 6 divisional games,,,,Should win at least 4 of them
Then we've got afc east and nfc west : we should win 6 of them
Then our odd games are at Denver and Jacksonville at our place
Hopefully we can win those two Making our Record 12-4

I think we'll have 10 to 12 wins and be in the playoffs next year was giving a prediction of what i thought our record might be next year

Can't really figure what our record would be until we see how our new Head Coach and his new staff molds our players in their system.

Hopefully they don't change a lot on the D side and Dick stays with us. I am really curious to see what they do with the offense and who we get as OC.

If Tomlin in fact does become our new coach, he is a student of the Tampa 2 and I think Dick will be a goner.
As for OC, the coordinators are more important than the head coach. IMO

You could be right Sal. I'm just hoping he keeps Dick on for a couple years to learn the 3-4 we play. It has worked in the past and that is what we are built for right now.

Yes if Tomlin wants to win right away then he will have to stick with the 3-4.
