Unless they shoot Ben up before the game he will hobble all night. That being said, he is not going to be able to roll out of the pocket, so the offensive line will need to hold up and he can't hold on to the ball. Drop back and fire. quick slants to Brown, Ward and Miller. They could all pick up five catches a piece tonight.
I also wonder if Redman will see more action out of the back field?
One stat that bothers me, Goldson and Rogers-both with five interceptions. With Willis out that will help us up the middle.
I look for Troy to have a big game as he tries to disrupt the offense of the 49ers. We will see. This game could come down to the final minutes of the game and who has the ball last, hopefully it is us.
one last thought, if Ben goes out early we will not win this game. No confidence in either Dixon or Batch. The both play very different forms of QB vs Ben. We need to address this in the Draft.
Now is the time to show the rats why they aren't the division champs, despite this year's sweep. It takes a full year of exemplary football to win the AFC North.
