QUICK AND EASY PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

2 2/3 c. white sugar 1/2 c. butter (1 stick) 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. peanut butter

Put first 3 ingredients in saucepan; bring to rolling boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until it starts to thicken. Pour into buttered 9x6 or 9x9 pan. Refrigerate to set. You may add peanuts or other kind of nuts, optional
