Thank goodness Woodley will be back. He was beasting before the hammy injury. I hope he picks up where he left off and the hammy is 100%. I hope Worilds gets a little PT seeing as he is coming off of his best game as a Steeler by far. This is a great sign that we are getting healthy for the last stretch of the season, now just stay healthy and we will get a 1 or 2 seed in the AFC

Safety Troy Polamalu fully participated in practice on Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday. Linebacker LaMarr Woodley was a full participant for the second straight day.
In addition, center Maurkice Pouncey returned to practice on a limited basis. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (right hand) and linebacker Larry Foote (hamstring) were limited in practice.
WR Arnaz Battle (hamstring), LB Chris Carter (hamstring) and WR Emmanuel Sanders (foot) did not practice.

One thing about Woody and Harrison both playing is the QB will have to decide which direction to slide the protection, left or right. One of these guys will have a field day.
Pittsburgh Steelers C Maurkice Pouncey (illness) dropped 12 pounds as a result of a stomach virus that limited him in Week 12 against the Kansas City Chiefs. He has regained two pounds since and will play in Week 13.
