    I am sure if Grimm is being hired, they would announce it as soon as this weekend, but again, the whole scenario is riding on what happens to the Bears this weekend. I would like Grimm to get the job more than the other two.

    They can't really hurry to hire an OC till they get a coach and if it's grimm then either Whipple or Ariens will be named the OC. If its Tomlin or Rivera then it's anybodys guess
