Is Tomlin that much of a moron to let 30 seconds plus run off on 2nd down there when he had 2 timeouts and then go ahead and call one after the 3rd down stop with 8 seconds left where you know the punter is going to kick it out of bounds...Just dumb dumb dumb clock management once again by Tomlin inexcusable to not call timeout there on 2nd down with the Bengals backed up deep in their own end...
