This team missed it's defensive MVP, Woodley. Plain and simple.

This secondary is awful, no excuse for a 92 yard drive, however, they kept them down to 16 points up until 2 1/2 minutes left in the game. Another words, all the offense had to do was score an additional touchdown or field goal and that final drive by the Ravens would've gone down differently.
A defense will always take energy from the offense. When the defense sees the offense can't put the boot on the neck of the opponents, it becomes frustrating and the pressure to hold the opposing team to under 10 points every game becomes a consuming and counterproductive force.
Let's say for good laughs that the Steelers make it to the Superbowl versus the Packers or Saints. This defense isn't going to hold either of those teams to 16 points. The offense has to do more and the only way to describe this offense is a bad one without an identity or organization.

I guess you had your blinders on, how many fn 3rd downs did he pick up? A ton, he lit them up all night...
"Happy Happy Happy"
Why they were playing man to man when they got that close is nuts they should have been back in coverage...dam this one hurts.
BITE ME ICS!...Woodsonsgirl
This should have been expected. You know what type of game we're going to get as fans. These 2 teams are mirror images of eachother and it was evident that there would be an ending like this. Someone has to win and someone has to lose. Our season is not over.
That's what I was screaming about. In a situation like that you want to keep everything in front you. I get that you want to put pressure on Flacco, and I get that your secondary has been playing well all year long. However today they were not, so why put them in that situation.
Far be it from me to question a Hall of Famer like Lebeau but man when your secondary is getting beat repeatedly I would be questioning their ability to come through late in the game.
