I'm not for all the changes he's going to want to bring to the team because the Steelers will be returning almost everyone from last year and still a large majority of the Super Bowl team. A new HC, OC and probably defensive scheme ='s rebuilding

I think I like Tomlin. He's young and I don't see him changing everything. I thinkk he knows what Steelers football is all about and I think he likes it. I also love his emotion on the sideline. I think he is a players coach and will be able to relate to them like Cowher did. I wouldn't be upset if they hired Grimm or Rivera either....I guess only time will tell. Hurry up Steelers and hire someone!
