MOBILE, Ala. - Former Alabama and NFL linebacker E.J. Junior and current NFL players Hines Ward and Jake Plummer will be inducted into the Senior Bowl Hall of Fame.
The trio will enter the hall on Jan. 26, the eve of this year's Senior Bowl.
Junior, the 1980 SEC Defensive Player of the Year from Alabama, played in the 1981 game. He went on to become the fifth overall pick in the draft, playing 13 seasons for the Cardinals, Dolphins, Bucs and Seahawks.
Ward, a versatile former Georgia star, has played the past eight seasons for the Pittsburgh Steelers and was MVP of last year's Super Bowl.
Plummer, who plays for the Denver Broncos, was a four-year starter at quarterback at Arizona State from 1993-96.
He spent six seasons with the Phoenix Cardinals.
