The Steelers have a great chance to beat the Pats this sunday . Let's look at a few stats

they are a close match-up . now here is where it gets interesting

Hopefully the Coaches see the same thing i do here.I see run enough to keep them honest but pass pass pass until they can cover Wallace , Brown & Sanders

Looks good on paper, but stats mean nothing, who did we play and who did they play? We have beat some pretty shitty teams thus far.

7-24 combined wins to be exact of the teams beat. That should sober up some homers here. Our first real test will be NE for sure. If the Rats play like their playin the Jags now there there will be a flipflop of wk 1 when that game comes..

When you match up Brady vs Roethlisberger, Brady will be better but it's not as overwhelming as some might think.

The major thing here is the difference in philosophy on offense especially. The Patriots are patient, Brady is will to dink and dunk his way down the field all day long. You eat up time, you wear out the defense, you get beat up less, and your confidence is always high.

The Steelers could do this but they choose not too and when they do use it they don't go back to it with any regularity. Ben has just as many if not more weapons than the Patriots have and is perfectly capable of executing a similar offense, he just doesn't get the chance to do it.

Ugh, this is my worst fear going into this game. They have an awful secondary, and we have good and fast WRs. If we don't go pass in this game a lot I'm going to up and walk out of that stadium.
