This is a GREAT summer salad, but I have to be hinest with you ; I eat it all year round. It sounds odd, but trust me , it is teh BEST.. I definately would use the balsamic vinegar, it makes the salad!!!


Strawberry Spinach Salad
_______________________________
1 bag of baby spinach
1 pint of sliced strawberries

Dressing
___________________
1/2 cup sugar-- I use splenda
2 tbs sasame seeds
2tbs poppy seeds
11/2 tsp dried minced onion
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp worstershire sauce
1/2 cup oil-- I use EVOO-- can use sunflower or vegtable
1/4 cup vinegar-- I use balsamic- you can use any vinegar

Mix dressing and toss with spinach and strawberries juSt before serving!!!

YOu can also ad a dash of tabsco if that is your thing!!!
