Next to the Bears, it is the worst line in the NFL.
Radical thought, how about moving Pouncey to LT, Legs to Center, Foster to RG , Gilbert at RT, Kemo at LG, and Essux backs them up. And we trade J. Scott to the CFL for some 11% Molson.

All kidding aside regarding J. Scott, is the rest of it out of the realm of possibility? If Tomlin isn't going outside the house for help, then we have to shuffle the deck until it works.

Coming into next off-season, they need to go for a big time tackle, even if that means moving up in the draft and also pick up a solid FA.
