I slammed DB the after the 3rd game but I think he finally made some adjustments with his D. Dressing the extra guy seems to have been a very good move. I'm glad the game is at noon, I think it's an advantage for the Pens. The Flyers have sucked in early games this year, their top D guys have been playing lots of minutes. And Grossman and Timonen if they play aren't 100%. We have a good chance to win.

Pens penalty kill continues to be a joke in this series......Pens have some major work to do to get back in this game.....

Well, that's that. They seemed to own Malkin almost every game, totally got into his head. MAF was as streaky as anything I've ever seen. Either he was on fire or he was terrible.
1) Geno was owned by a young rookie for 6 games.
2) MAF allowed too many damn garbage goals.
3) MAF couldn't do it all.
4) Our big stars were absent most of the series.
5) Big #11 was a stud and a game changer!
All in all it is what it is, this team will have a chance next season!

Our defense sucked. PP and PK sucked. The Steelers and Pens both with early exits. They better make up for it next year.
