I'm already getting tired of this season. Malkin is always "close" and there's no timetable for Crosby's return. When the team finally gets a guy like Orpik back, they lose Michalek for a few weeks to a broken finger.

The injuries are so frustrating.

I blame all the injuries on the Pens crappy schedule. First we started out with that crappy Western Canada road trip. All together we have played 10 games through the first 16 days of the season. Theirs a few teams that have only played 6 games so far. Most teams are at 7 games. Too much to soon.

Wow, Fleury with an actual shutout. Usually the defense softens up enough at the end of a game to make sure one gets into the net. Good for him.
