THis is so simple and SO good.

Filling
1 tub of cool whip
4 oz of sour cream
1 pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar

blend ingredients--fill a store bought graham cracker crust or make your own.

Topping
2 cups of Rasperries (frozen)
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbs flour

bring to a boil ,cool , them spread on top of filling

I have made this low carb using Splenda in place of sugar, and topping with fresh berries. I either eat with out the shell or make a shell of ground flax meal and ground almonds, drizzle with butter and bake to hold together!!
