    Parmesan Garlic Chicken

    This one is everyday easy.

    1/2 Cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 Envelope (Good Seasons) Italian salad dressing mix
    6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    Mix cheese, garlic powder and salad dressing mix
    Moisten chicken with water, coat with cheese mixture
    Place in shallow baking dish
    Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.

    (Only 2 carbs per serving)

    I make that dish alot, it's excellent and very easy to prepare

    The kids really like it too. Has a little coating to remind you of fried but is a bit better for ya.

    FCG I was cooking chicken about three times this past week. I need a new recipe to make chnage it up. You just posted it thre days to late.

    Ohhhhh! Welll....sorry.....I posted two new chicken recipes for ya. Hopefully they'll help ya out next week. I'll try to get you some more!
