4 vidalia onions
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded carrots
1 cup of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 cup of butter melted
1 8 oz box of stuffing moistened with water
saute onions carrots and butter until tender. add soup, sour cream and cheese. mix well.
In a casserole dish place half of stufing crumbs layer with above mixture and top with remaining stuiffing crumbs. Bake 350, until golden brown.
