As it goes right now, you can start talking to your own free agents as soon as tomorrow, but you can't actually sign them until Friday at this point. Even then the contract won't be officially official until all the parties and courts sign off on the deal which will be next week.

So basically the Steelers can start talking to Ike Taylor tomorrow and laying the ground work for a deal, and also Ike can talk to other teams too. You can come to an agreement before Friday but they can't actually sign it until then.

Players unanimously vote to ratify new CBA deal

It's a done deal now, players vote and ratify new deal. It was presented to the Brady plaintiffs and they have accepted the deal.

What other option would the Steelers have if Ike leaves?.......The Steelers are not signing Nnamdi and will never make him an over....If Ike leaves its a huge hole at corner......Joseph if the next best option after Nnamdi.......

I guess the Steelers also could sign Carlos Rogers or Richard Marshall if Ike does leave.....I think I like Joseph the most out of those three......

What if the team would pursue Joseph and Rodgers? I wouldn't mind seeing them if Ike leaves.
