    my concoction.....

This is a concoction I came up with when I was running out of stuff to eat and lazy enough to not want to go to the store.lol

    Ingredients

    1. 1-2 lbs. of ground beef
    2. 1 box of mexican style rice-a-roni
    3. 1-2 jars of HOT salsa

    1. brown the ground beef
    2. mix up the rice-a-roni
    3. right before you put the rice-a-roni on low and cover. Add ground beef(make sure you drain it first) and the salsa.
    4. stir well, low heat and cover.
    5. Wait 15-20 minutes and serve.

serves 2-6 people and goes really really good with ice cold beer

Can be served as a dip or with softshell burritos....Enjoy!!!!!

Works great as a dip for a Steelers game.....

If you don’t stand behind our troops.....Please feel free to stand in front of them!!!
