Our wideouts, who is really 1,2,3,4,5 etc.

If Mike Wallace is No.1 and Hines Ward is No. 2, where do Sanders and Brown fit in? Sanders I thought was 3 but needs to be on the field. Then there is Cotchery, he will go over the middle. Is Hines really 2?? As much as I love Hines and as much as he has been great, I see him dropping to 3 sooner or later, still a great chain mover though.

Thoughts?

I like:

Wallace 1
Brown 2
Ward 3
Sanders 3/4
Cotchery 5

I think Wallace and Ward will be the official starters but the other three WR's will see a ton of playing time......Really the Steelers should use a rotation at WR especially since when Sanders does return they have 5 legit NFL WR's and I think you can move all 5 of them around.....

I agree but damn you put the speed on the outsides and hines in the slot someone has to have single coverage

Agreed, I think on paper we might have a 3, 4, 5, but Sanders, Brown, and Cotchery will all be fairly equal in production.

Im not so sure Brown and Sanders will be happy playing a limited role, especially since the are earning so much respect

i dont think its crazy to think brown might end up being the best out of the bunch...bold statement maybe, but you cant not love him

Brown has speed from the line of scrimmage he is fast from the first step, but Sanders was suppose to be the better out of the two. Its a nice problem to have but how do you make them all happy?

I like sanders a lot but since he has been hurt brown as stepped up huge!!! Its going to me hard not to recognize what AB is doing i would love to see him as a 2/3 the way he has been playing!
