Ok-- I work another long day tomorrow. I had some clients reschedule.. But, I will get to it by the weekend(hopefully before).. I do have some great recipes I need to find the time to post!!

Had a party over the weekend....about 50 people. I used some recipes that were posted here. Kudos to you Mrs SF for your idea in having this recipe forum. It has been really helpful! Thanks to everyone who's taken the time to post the great recipes too!

I don't claim to be a "pro" (although I've been doin it for 30 years now) but like you, I don't use many recipies for meals (only when I'm lookin to try somethin new), so it'd be hard for me to share my "recipies" since I never measure anything, but I guess I could try. For myself, I generally go by how it looks, smells, and tastes. I don't even use recipies for homemade pies. I DO use them for cakes and cookies though...and have the best chocolate chip cookie one I've ever tasted that I will share when I can find it.
