WOW . 6-8 , 245 lbs huge guy , going to be good for sure !
Maybe even a diamond in the rough .
Wes Lyons 42 receptions in 3 yrs.If nothing else it gives Ben his big receiver. He will look good running a reverse from the 2 yard line.
Wes Lyons WVU highlights . Kill the volume unless you like rap:

It's no fun when the rabbit has the gun
Dude may not be the fastest but hes huge and he sure as f*ck has some nice ball skills. Dude can high point that ball real well. Good blocker too. I hope he can make the team. Definitely a redzone threat. 6'8?!? WTF lol
Wow, if this guy were to pan out into something special, holy crap! He looks like he's not afraid to go across the middle or make blocks down field either. I'd love to see this kid make something of this opportunity. If nothing else just throw it as high as you can and let him go get it..LOL
I love his size, but I don't see him making it past camp.
Kind of get this feeling as well. Every team passed on him in the draft, and the Jets had him last year and released him too.
Still, there are plenty of stories of UDFA's who failed with other teams that became good players. Just look at James Harrison
For those wondering, here are his measurables (from the West Virginia pro day):
Height: 6086
Weight: 234 lbs.
40 Yard Dash: 4.68
20 Yard Dash: 2.69
10 Yard Dash: 1.59
225 lbs. Bench Press: 18 reps
Vertical Jump: 41.5 inches
Broad Jump: 10'07''
20 Yard Shuttle: 4.24
3 Cone Drill: 6.87
Those are some extremely impressive numbers, especially the speed and leaping ability for a guy his size.
Guess he's a very raw player with elite athletic ability. Hope he becomes a good player for us.
youguys like him but wheres he gonna play? He willbe a beadt trust me, we can make anything out of nothing, Hes not going to take wallaces spot, If hines is benched you would have a shit, brown sanders and sweed are left. I say we put wallace in Hines spot and put him in wallaces spot, Brown/sanders/sweed as number 3-4. I love hines but hes not doing much anymore.
