Never stop BELIEVING! On to the AFC Championship Game!

How about that! Up in the sky, the Chief is smiling!! As the great Myron Cope would say. YOI, and DOUBLE YOI!!!!

If you aren't excited from watching that game, you don't have a pulse. This one lived up to all the hype and then some. Perhaps not playing out in typical low scoring fashion, but it had every bit the intensity and tenacity of a Steelers vs Ravens showdown. Who would thought the teams would combine for 55 points, that Touchdowns would be more plentiful thank Field Goals?

Even with all those points being scored, the Ravens were held to 126 total yds of offense in the game, minus 3 yards of offense in the 3rd quarter. If we don't allow that crazy fumble turn into a TD by Redding, this game is well in hand late in the 4th quarter. Either way, it lived up to our expectations, and no matter how we got the win, we got the win! The Ratbirds are going home at the hands of the Steelers again, and we're moving on!

The will of Mendenhall on that last TD was the difference

Mendenhall STILL runs too high (upright) and doesn't secure the ball to his body. He's a fumble waiting to happen, as he demonstrated today. He cannot continue to be productive as a runner like that....especially against a "ball-hawking" team like the Ravens. He needs to correct this because next time, it might cost them the game.
