The Steelers are in a must win situation now but they still need some help from other teams, so technically things are still looking good for the Steelers playoffs chances! Of course things could be better but since there is that glimmer of hope still we gotta keep cheering them on to victory! The Ravens are fighting for at least a first round bye right now and possibly home field advantage, which probably won't happen! This Sunday the Steelers have a chance to spoil the Ravens post season plans!
A few weeks back the Ravens embarrassed the Steelers by completely dominating them and blanking them out on the scoreboard. The Steelers seek redemption this weekend and will try to return the favoras the boast a 3 game winning streak and winning 5 of their last 6 to bring them to 500 since they were 1-1 at the start of the season. Willie Parker is a monster at home and he will look to pick apart the Ravens D which will be no easy task and Ben looks to continue his winning ways that he recently rediscovered here at the end of the season.
The Steelers Defense has given up a total of 13 points in their last three games of which 10 those came in the closing minutes of the game. This defense is returning to form as they try and fight their way into playoff contention!
- Get the running game going early and often.
- Protect the QB and not let the Ravens do what they did last time.
- Play Steelers football!
Troy will more than likely be returning this weekend but Colon will be starting in place of Max Starks.
Join us this Sunday here in the gameday thread as we talk about the game and cheer our Steelers to a victory!!!!
