Real cool, love watching the steelers miked up. Ben and Wallace after TD, sounds like Ben was saying good job to Wallace for making the same read (safety deep) as Ben on the audible. Good job for taking it to the house. Tomlin has confidence in Mike Wallace speed, Ben and Tomlin are relying on Wallace more and more.
Tomlin has a little bit of that Bill Cowher relax and joke additude. He also has that playful cheering the guys on additude that Bill Cowher had too.

I like that Tomlin asked that kid about where he is going to school. I like that we have a head coach that is not a jerk or uninterested in people.

I like his demeanor on the sidelines, he talks to the players after they come off the field and encourages them. He knows how to motivate his young guys and what buttons to push with the veterans.

And Tomlin made Sanders shake Mendenhall's hand.
