Kemo was getting OWNED by Williams all day. Scott couldn't block anyone without tackling them. Normally Kemo is as solid as they come, and rarely gets a flag thrown at him but clearly today he getting all he could handle and then some.
The Right side of the line was pretty solid today, no major penalties or mishaps for the most part but the left side was in trouble all day long. Kulgler has done an amazing job keeping these guys going among all the injuries and musical positions he's had to put his guys in. The toughness level of this unit went up 10 fold this year, that much is clear IMO. Today was just a rough day at the office for them and Ben was sacked, what 4 times I think today, 3 in the first half. They did come through in OT to help lead the way for the running game, but it was ugly most of the rest of the way.
This unit has got to get it together and stay healthy somehow. The starting 5 that we saw the first month of the season was solid as far as I'm concerned. I did like seeing Foster in there at RG now, I think he brings more tenacity and a mean streak to the line that compliments Flozell Adams.
