Backs up Ben ? Do you keep Batch who started the last 3 games or do you make Leftwich who was groomed to start the season your #2 guy ?
If I had to make the decision ,I believe I go with Lefty.

I am not certain one option is better than the other. Charlie proved he can play yet, Lefty can too but neither to Ben's standard so, I guess I would let the circumstance dictate who would play. Going into a game with a sack happy D I would make Batch the backup (#2) and Lefty #3. If the opponents D is better at pass coverage then Lefty before Batch. If we are facing one of the top 5 or 6 Ds in the league...lets just hope Ben stays healthy.

For the time being it'll most likely be Batch IMO, mainly because he's healthy and has played this year more than Lefty has. Although in the long term, it'll be Lefty backing up Ben and Batch will most likely be released after the season is over.
Hopefully, the long term strategy of the Steelers includes bringing in some better prospects via draft, free agency or trade. The Dixon-Batch-Leftwich trio of back-ups fills me with dread if Pittsburgh's lead slinger ever goes down long term. The defense can't be left to consistently do the heavy lifting without some offensive production at the QB position.
Of course, with the impending lock-out next year, it may be a moot point.
Most of you agree with me on Batch. He got us to 3-1 not 0-4.
