There's no doubt it will. Not only that but it will help the rest of the team become better and play more as a team. As long as they keep it up when the regulars return.

They said it was a mild concussion, but that's obviously not the case or they are just being overly protective. Makes me wonder if he had a more substantial concussion, or something with a disc in his cervical spine.
Vitale from Sterling and Martin is really all that needs to be said for this.

Depends on when he comes back. A couple more weeks? Sure. A couple months? I think they miss the playoffs.

It's possible but I'd say it very unlikely we miss the playoffs. We are 14 points ahead with about 20 games to go. We'd have to lose, lose and lose again. I don't see that happening with Flower, defense and the young motivated guys. We won't beat the likes of the Flyers and Caps, and probably won't win a playoff series, but we'll most likely make the playoffs.
