Catching a ride with the Steelers. 4 straight loses and your right, they can't score for ****.

It's still way too early in the season to start panicking about the Pens just yet. It's an 82 game season and even the best teams like the Pens are going to hit bad patches where they lose 4 or 5 games in a row. The Pens always seem to not play very well at the end of December and early January. They did it last year as well. This is still the best team in hockey with the two best players in the world in Crosby and Malkin and a great goalie in Fleury. Plus, you know Shero is going to pull off a couple trades that is going to make this team better for the stretch run and for the playoffs and set up another Stanley Cup run. This Pens team will turn it on and win games in February and in March when it counts and be more then ready to go come playoff time. I guarantee you despite the Pens recent struggles nobody wants to see this team come April,May,or June in a 7 game series...

Tough game last night. Nice penalty kills though.

I agree, Flower needs to stop the easy ones! He made some amazing stops but the slow tricklers seemed to find their way past him!!

It comes down to MAF & PP. MAF is just in a slump, I'm sure he'll be fine. There's no logical reason why they suck so bad on the PP with all the talent on the team. ALl year long it's been like that even when they were rolling they weren't scoring on the PP. I think the Olympics will wake Geno up and he'll be on fire afterwards. Hopefully Mom comes and cooks for his ***.

I wonder how all those who said Geno is better than Sid last year feel now. Sid has stepped it up another notch or 2 this year.
