Vick to pay $20K for obscene gestures

Looks like the fans are finally seeing Vick for what he is, a RB....lol

ATLANTA -- Quarterback Michael Vick has been fined $10,000 by the NFL for the obscene gestures that he directed toward heckling fans following the Falcons' loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. In addition to the fine, the league has requested that Vick donate $10,000 to a charity of his choice.
Three league sources confirmed the sanctions levied by the league, to which Vick has already agreed. It is not known who suggested the charitable donation, but that element was part of the discussions between the league and Vick's representatives over the past two days. Obviously, there will be no appeal of the fine.

Vick sucks and he will never be an elite QB in the league! I wish he would have been fined more because you don't treat the fans like that

For someone who is the face of an entire franchise, to flip off the fans and show that blatant disrespect after how much they support you ! Gimme a break dude. Suck it up and take the criticism for your play and your teams play like a man !!!

I can't stand Vick nor would I ever accept him as the player he is. Sure, he was lightening fast speed, but you know he will never get the QB game downpact anymore. He should of became a RB or a WR when he came into the league. His gesture was totally uncalled for. I am surprised he didn't get shot.
