Easy salad & pasta dish thing

So, we make this pretty easy salad/pasta ranch thing that makes for a pretty good dinner when you're in the mood for something different but don't like wasting tons of time and energy.

Ingredients - You're basic salad ingredients - Lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, Bacon, etc, pretty much whatever you like. Boneless/skinless chicken, Bacon, & Ranch.

    Preparation -

Grill up some boneless/skinless chicken - no dressings or seasonings, just plain ole grilled chicken.

Fry up some bacon (or use microwave kind if you're lazy, LOL)

Make some of those multi colored pasta noodles; around here they call it crazy pasta (the same stuff you see in pasta salad's at picnics and cookouts and what not). When they are done cooking run cold water over them so they cool down.

    Presentation:

    Layers: (from the bottom up)

    - Lettuce
    - Pasta
    - chicken
    - Bacon
    - shredded Cheese
    - Tomatoes, Broccoli, any other salad toppings you prefer
    - Ranch dressing (regular or low fat, either tastes great)

We also make some of that fresh baguette bread you can get from your grocery stores bakery dept; that always goes well with a good salad.

That's it; pretty simple to make but really tastes good and plus if u make enough you can have leftovers that only take a couple minutes to put together in a container for work. Fills you up longer than your basic salad does since you have the pasta & chicken added.
