Well when the Steelers were 2-6 I thought very possible that this team was going to be like the 2002 Pats. Rebound the next year to make a Super Bowl run. But looking at this team more closely. I just don't know. After yesterday its official the Steelers Oline blows major ass and needs to be rebuilt. The Steelers seriously need some youth injected in their LB core. The Steelers also need a some serious help at corner. I don't even want to start with the special teams.

We could live with the corners we have now if we had a better pass rush. It's just the nature of the scheme we play that can make them look worse than they are if we don't get pressure.

I agree with you thats why I said the Steelers need to inject some youth into the LB core or find a stud Dlineman like Richard Seymour. But findind a tall and physical corner with some speed would be a great addition. To bad corners like that don't grow on trees.lol

with you both. That is the key. Even all those years when we had Chad Scott starting at CB for us, he wasnt great and he got burnt alot but thats because he took alot of chances and bit too often on pump fakes and double moves, but we even made him look decent because our pass rush was phenomenal. That's the whole key, and I would hope Lebeau and company realize this come draft time.
