According to a poll of 361 NFL players, the Pittsburgh Steelers are the overwhelming winners as the league's most painful and punishing team to play against.
The poll, conducted by Sports Illustrated magazine, showed that 31 percent of the players surveyed tabbed the Steelers as the most physical team. A distant second were the Baltimore Ravens at 11 percent. The Chicago Bears were third with 8 percent of the vote.
"That's sounds about right," said Steelers tight end Jerame Tuman, who wasn't one of the players who took part in the survey. "We've always prided ourselves on being a physical team. So has Baltimore."
The Steelers (4-6) play the Ravens (8-2) at 1 p.m. Sunday in Baltimore.
The 9-1 Indianapolis Colts _ who Steelers linebacker Joey Porter called a "finesse" team last year _ received just one vote.
