Hey everyone! It's time for some football! So it's Steelers poem time!! Hope you all enjoy :-)
Preseason is over so next Thursday night
We start defending our victory and we’re ready to fight
Steelers and Titans will kick off the season
We circled this game and there is a good reason
We all know what happened last December
And I’m sure it’s something all of our guys will remember
We got the last laugh I guess you could say
In February we were still around to play
We didn’t just play - we came to win
But now we’re ready for a new season to begin
Most of the players from last year returned
And for the rookies the Steeler way will soon be learned
Stefan Logan can return a punt - some call him Joystick
And Sepulveda can punt again - we don’t have to be sick
Ben is back to lead the way
He almost always manages to make a play
The offense has improved - if we can just keep that going
Every week get a good rhythm flowing
Defense is awesome - how do you improve on the best?
Every game is still a challenge - each week a new test
Are you ready for some football? My towel will be waving
We’re about to start satisfying our football craving
Tennessee Titans - we will start with you
And send you back to Nashville crying in your Columbia Blue
