Dude you guys are dogging this kid way too hard. Our line sucks like really bad. If it weren't for Faneca and Hartings Willie wouldn't have been so successfull early on. He's not horrible, he was almost the leagues leading rusher. I really don't know what they weren't thinking when the took an RB in the first when we obviously needed linemen. That's like drafting a WR in the first with the worst quarterback in the league... Mendenhall does run with a purpose. He was even talking a little sh*t last year remember. I know when we play the Ravens he'll run with a purpose this is just Pre-Season this guy barey played 1 legit NFL game he's just getting ready. Yeah Redman runs hard cause he has nothing to loose, so did Gary Russell. Just wait till we see Mendy play vs. the Ravens thats all i have to say.
