    Baked Spinach Artichoke dip

    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can (about 14 oz) artichoke hearts drained and chopped
    1 box (9 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed drained
    1 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese

    heat oven to 350 degrees. mix mayo and Parmesan cheese. stir in artichokes, spinace and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

    spoon mixture into i quart casserole, and top with remaining cheese.

    cover and bake for about 30 mins then uncover for another 10 min or until cheese is melted. serve with tortilla chips.

    I trippled this recipe and made it for Superbowl Sunday and it made a ton and turned out really good!!!

    If you want to add a little zip to this recipe you can also add some cut up banana peppers....really good!
