Nominees for the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2007 include several former Pittsburgh Steelers.

Safety Carnell Lake is among the nominees in their first year of eligibility - five years after they last played.

Lake played for the Steelers from 1989 through 1998, reaching five Pro Bowls during his career.

Other former Steelers nominated include center Dermontti Dawson, linebacker Kevin Greene and safety Donnie Shell.

Also nominated are former Steelers head coach Buddy Parker and scout Bill Nunn.

The list of 111 nominees will be cut to 25 before a final vote in February....
