SA: How long have you been the owner of SportsBunch.com?
SB: We are approaching our first year. The Site officially launched in march of 2007.
SA: What got you interested in starting your own site?
SB: We want to help young players get extra promotion and exposure at no cost and little extra effort. By creating an online sports profile, they will be able to meet and chat with fans, coaches, and other players from all over the world. The athletes can show off their stats with our online stats editor.
SA: Name one thing that you like best about being on a message board?
SB: Learning the thoughts and feelings from other fans.
SA: How much time do you normally spend per day working on the site?
SB: Its a big range, anywhere from 6-18 hours. We are constantly
SA: Where do you see SportsBunch.com in the next year, 5 years?
SB: We have very big plans for the site as a whole. I don't want to spoil any surprises but the expansion is going to include several key elements in the sporting world that will give an extreme amount of exposure to our athletes as well as a great form of entertainment for our fans.
SA: How did you hear about Steeler Addicts and what made you become interested in being an affiliate?
SB: First I reviewed the site, after that I sent an email to one of the admin. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy to work with. I got a great vibe from SteelerAddicts. com and wanted to pursue further as our conversations grew.
SA: What are some of the interesting features that members can find on your site and tell us a little bit about them?
SB: Well first off, everyone fans, players, family members, and coaches all get their own page. This page can contain blogs of their choice, a comment board, picture album, and a My Teams section. The my teams section allows the users to connect directly with their favorite fan page on the SportsBunch.com network. Let's say someone is a Steelers fan. Well they can add the steeler addicts fan page on SportsBunch.com to this section. They will be listed as a fan on this page and an picture icon with a link will be posted on their profile.
SA: How many other sites do you post or lurk on besides your own?
SB: All the major sporting sites such as nfl. com, mlb. com, nba. com. Mainly to gather updated info in the sporting world. I like to stay informed, and I love sports.
SA: How many professional games do you attend each year?
SB: Not near as many as I like. Being from Atlanta, I am an avid braves fan. I also follow the Ga Bulldogs and the Falcons. Whenever time permits you may find me in the stands.
SA: What are some of your hobbies & interests besides running a website?
SB: I enjoy spending time with my new wife. We were recently married last spring in 08. We both practice Choe's Chung Mu Hap Ki Do in Duluth Ga. This is a Korean martial art with great form and philosophy. We chose this martial art because it stands far apart from all others that we have come across.
SA: If you could sum up your website in just a couple sentences what would you say?
SB: SportsBunch.com is the he greatest sports site on earth! IF you are into sports at all, come join the fun and watch as we all grow together!
