Now that was defensive football at it's finest!

That was beyond a doubt in my mind the absolute hardest hitting game that I have ever seen in my football watching career! There were more blowups, big stops, big plays, and defensive game changers by both teams it's amazing anybody is left standing!

Our D did it though, we needed em and they came through. OUR DEFENSE IS THE BEST!

The block by Sweed, the hit by Clark, the hit by Troy, the huge hits by Woodley, there is just so many you can't even keep track of them. That was defensive football at it's absolute finest friends!

Sweed's block did remind me of a Hines Ward block!

You knew it was gonna be a rough game when 2 Ravens walked off injured on the opening kickoff. Exciting game until the last injury, never want to players leave the game strapped to a board.

You can see the Ward influence on these WR's, the blocks they lay out every week are crazy but that one by Sweed was a close a Ward block as you will ever get!

When is Sweed gonna start catching those long passes? Thats at least 2 touchdowns he blew with his slippery hands that I can remember. He puts on the nice moves, gets wide open, gets hit in the hands with the ball........

    And drops it!

Our defense has been the backbone of this team all year long, they've come through time and time and time again. Today was no different, every time they absolutely had to make a stop they made it. These guys are just something special when they are on the field, they just find ways to make plays that change the game.
