I never pick scores, but I do think that it'll be higher than their first two matchups. Everyone expected the Pit and SD game to be low, I heard 7-6 a few times and it was the highest scoring game in the playoffs thus far.

I agree with you here. I think both teams know they will have to push the ball thru the air a bit more to win this one. More chances will be taken I believe and that will lead to more scoring- one way or another...

you really think the ravens air game is better than the steelers? flacco has been god awful against this defense

Pittsburgh sportswriter Gerry Dulac said tonight that if the Ravens win it'll be close, but if the Steelers win it won't be. That sounds kind of weird, but I think I agree. If the Ravens can overcome their injuries it will be evident quickly, but if they can't it also will show quickly. But then again, anyone who's watched the Steelers in the past 20 years knows that they don't often blow teams out.

It's silly to set up an A or B situation like that. Is there a better chance that if a blowout happens the Steelers would be the ones on top? Sure. I think a more nuanced way of looking at the game is to attach a probability to particular scenarios. Here are mine,

Ravens win big: 10%
Ravens win close: 35%
Steelers win close: 35%
Steelers win big: 20%
