    its amazing when guys go pro and they arent gonna be a top pick. i can see top 2 rounds go pro, but if your a 3rd round pick this year, your probobly one next year, barring injury.

    Yeah more and more people seem to be coming out early. The sad part is some of these underclassmen might not even get drafted or if they do it will be in later rounds which means bad contracts and easier to get cut.

    ya, i agree. some of these guys will be 4th round or lower. they just had a solid season and want to get paid. i guess 1 or 2 years of 300k is enough to get buy on for the rest of there lives.

    Yeah I think that is what it comes down to. I remember saying how Steve Slaton was making a huge mistake by leaving early because he didn't have his best season his junior year but he ended up saying he left early because he was afraid Noel Devine would take his starting spot or at least break even on carries. I don't think Steve has done too bad and he was a later draft pick then one of the big first rounders.
