Mike Tomlin?

Over all, I would agree with that. On little things like decision making, you can judge now, but at the same time they will (or should) get better with time also.

I agree with that!!

I think once the majority of the Cowher Era players have moved on and Tomlin puts more of his stamp on this team then we'll get a clearer picture.

Another Huge factor is what will this team look like defensively once Dick Lebeau retires and how Tomlin handles that.

This season so far I'll give him a grade of B.
BTW-Firing or Keeping Bruce Arians after the season is strictly Pass or Fail.

I love him. Every coach will say "one game at a time" at some point or another, but Tomlin puts that philosophy into effect the entire season. Only Steeler coach to the division in his first two seasons, and fourth Steeler coach in 40 years (hopefully in 50 years too).
